The Company may collect the following information for service provision, AI model training, and content creation:

Required Information:

• Device identification unique value
• OS version
• Access logs
• AI-generated content records
• Email address

Information Collected During Service Use:

• User Input Data: Text entered by users for AI generation (keywords, lyrics, etc.), selected style information
• Generated Content: Records of music and video data generated through the app
• Voice Recordings: Voice data recorded by users for AI voice training purposes
• Audio Metadata: Technical information such as recording duration, file format

2) Purpose of Collection and Use

• AI Service Provision: Generation of customized music and videos according to user requests
• Service Quality Improvement: AI model training and algorithm improvement (only with anonymized data)
• Service Convenience: Storage of generated content and support for SNS sharing features

3) App Permission Access Guide

The following device permissions may be requested for service use:

• Photos/Media/Files (Required): To save generated music videos to the device or to load user photos for video production
• Microphone (Required): For voice command input through voice recognition or when using recording features

4) Retention and Use Period

• In principle, the Company destroys personal information upon member withdrawal. However, log records may be retained for 30 days to prevent violations of relevant laws and fraudulent use.
• AI Generation Records: User-generated content is retained after creation for server cost optimization (subject to policy adjustments)

5) Destruction of Personal Information

Collected personal information is destroyed without delay after the purpose of use is achieved. The destruction method is as follows:

• Electronic files: Deleted using technical methods to prevent recovery
• Paper documents: Shredded or incinerated

• Voice recording files recorded by users within the app

• Voice recording via microphone after explicit user consent
• User-initiated upload

Purpose of Processing:

• AI voice model training
• AI-generated music and video creation

Third-Party Service Provider:

Data Retention Policy:

• Voice recordings are deleted from the third-party server after AI voice model training is completed.
• Voice data on the Company's servers is deleted upon member withdrawal or upon user request.
• Users may request deletion of their voice data at any time.
